Detailed Product and Service Description
Nutrición Especializada is an online store for dietary supplements. The product comes sealed and packaged from the source, and we guarantee the authenticity of all products offered on the site and in the store.

General Conditions
At Nutrición Especializada, we aim to provide the highest quality customer service. However, there are cases where we have no direct control due to external factors beyond our service. Additionally, due to legal considerations, we must specify the timing and methods for addressing cases and inquiries related to our service. We recommend reviewing the terms and conditions of sale and operation of the store:

Every purchase made on this site implies an express intention to pay for and receive the requested products.
Payment for merchandise implies acceptance of the terms and conditions expressed here.

The products for sale on this website are not intended to treat, diagnose, cure, or prevent any disease, syndrome, or condition. The information provided on this website is for informational purposes only and is obtained from the provider of each of our brands. Please consult a doctor before starting any diet, exercise, or supplement program, or if you suspect you may have a health issue.

The photographs presented on the pages of this website are representative only, and there may be differences between the photographed product and the one sent to us by the provider in subsequent batches. Any additional information should be consulted by the customer with the manufacturer.

Service Hours
The customer service hours of the store are Monday to Friday from 10:00 am a 7:00 pm and sábados de 10:00 a 2:00 pm, except on holidays.

Prices
All prices are expressed in national currency (Mexican pesos) and include VAT or IEPS, when required by law.

Prices are non-negotiable.

Payments
The available payment methods are:

Credit card VISA/Mastercard/American Express (processed by PayPal)
Paypal. (Payments made with PayPal, credit or debit card, are processed automatically).
Bank transfer (Proof of transfer must be sent to ventas@nutricionespecializada.mx
Oxxo store payments
Cash payments. This option is only available for people living in the cities of Guadalajara and Zapopan, who have chosen the “Payment on Delivery” option. This transaction takes place when collecting the order at our office.
Only previously paid orders will be processed.
Invoicing
All orders come with an attached purchase receipt, which is sent automatically by the system. If you require an invoice, please request it at the time of purchase, providing the necessary fiscal information for issuance.

Pickups
Since Nutrición Especializada is exclusively an online store, office visits are solely for the collection of pre-paid orders or orders selected as “payment on delivery” and for which the customer has received confirmation that they are ready for collection. This confirmation email will contain the address and pickup hours at our office.

Please note that our warehouse is available exclusively for pickups; due to lacking the necessary infrastructure, it will not be possible to make purchases of any kind there. All purchases must be made through our website.

Orders made for pickup must be collected within a maximum of 60 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the order will be canceled.

SHIPPING
Shipping Policies
The prices of our products do not include shipping costs. Shipping is an additional cost borne by the customer based on the delivery address entered in the first step of the purchase process.

The shipping service is provided by specialized courier companies. Nutrición Especializada has little or no influence on the internal processes of these companies. Therefore, once the tracking number is received by the customer, they should contact the chosen courier company to track their order using the methods provided by that company.

Nutrición Especializada is only responsible if the shipping address entered by our staff in the shipping label is different from the one provided by the customer.

The customer must adhere to the policies and procedures of the requested courier company.

In the event that a package is returned to us due to the courier company’s inability to deliver it, the customer must pay again for the shipping service.

Any errors or oversights on the part of the customer in selecting collection or shipping options are solely the responsibility of the customer.

If you need to change the delivery address, please notify us as soon as possible using the confirmation email of your order. Nutrición Especializada will only make changes that do not involve additional shipping costs; otherwise, you will need to deal directly with the courier company.

Shipping Cost
The shipping cost varies according to the state where the delivery is made. The system calculates the cost based on the shipping information entered in the next step of the purchase process.

Shipping Procedure
All orders placed are processed on the next business day after payment for the order.

Shipments can be received by the customer up to seven business days after payment is made.

Returns
If you receive the wrong product, you must inform us within the first 3 days of receiving the package at ventas@nutricionespecializada.mx, We will check our system to see if any errors have occurred, and if so, we will make the necessary arrangements to exchange the wrong product for the one you actually purchased.

In the event of receiving a damaged product due to the courier company, please send a photograph to ventas@nutricionespecializada.mx
