In terms of the FEDERAL LAW ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA HELD BY PRIVATE PARTIES (LFPDPPP), LN. Lizeth Pérez Navarro hereinafter referred to as “THE COMPANY”, provides you with this privacy notice prior to the processing of your personal data, in accordance with the following:

I.- IDENTITY AND ADDRESS OF “THE COMPANY”: LN. Lizeth Pérez Navarro is responsible for the processing (use) of your personal data. Personal data we collect for legal entities:

• Customer information (business name, email, address, proof of address, phone, fax).
• Identity documentation (articles of incorporation, registration number with the public registry of property and commerce).
• Tax information (tax identification number, billing address).
• Financial data: bank account information, payment methods.

Personal data we collect for individuals:

• Identity documentation (voter ID, passport, driver’s license, military card, professional license).

By reading and accepting this Privacy Notice, I give my consent for the processing of my sensitive personal data for the necessary purposes of service provision by the Controller.

For the aforementioned purposes, we may collect your personal data in various ways:

Please be informed that our premises are equipped with a closed-circuit surveillance camera system that operates 24 hours a day. This system helps us stay informed and maintain access control over visitors, ensuring the security of staff, clients, and visitors.

All personal and aggregated information obtained from “The Data Subject” will constitute a database owned by“THE COMPANY”, This information is stored to protect it and prevent loss, misuse, alteration, or interception by third parties. “The Customer” hereby expressly authorizes “THE COMPANY” to share the provided personal information with any Authority that requests it in writing and in accordance with the law.

IV.- LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES: Our website may contain links to different websites for your convenience. “THE COMPANY” is not responsible for these websites, so it does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the content found on them. We encourage you to carefully read the Privacy Notice of each of the websites you visit on the Internet.

V.- OPTIONS AND MEANS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA: at the time “THE COMPANY” collects your personal data, the Data Subject may limit their use or disclosure by expressing their opposition to unnecessary purposes. This opposition must be stated when your personal data is requested, indicating which data you are not willing to provide to the Controller.

Likewise, if the Data Subject does not express their objection at the time their personal data is being collected, “THE COMPANY” will collect the data it deems sufficient to carry out the contracted service.

VI.- MEANS TO EXERCISE YOUR OPPOSITION TO THE PROCESSING OF DATA FOR UNNECESSARY PURPOSES: You can express your opposition to the processing of your data for unnecessary purposes by generating a free-form letter stating which data you disagree with providing to the Controller. The letter should be addressed to the contact email of the area responsible for personal data processing, which is contacto@nutricionespecializada.com, The mentioned letter must meet the following requirements: requerimientos:

• Full name of the data subject.
• Specify the data you do not wish to provide to the Controller.
• Give a brief explanation of why you believe it is unnecessary to provide that data to the Controller.
• Attach an official identification document of the data subject.

VII.- LMEANS TO EXERCISE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OR OPPOSITION: “The Data Subject” may request from “THE COMPANY”at any time access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition regarding the personal data concerning them. The mechanisms implemented to exercise these rights are through submitting the respective request to our Personal Data Department, either in person at its address or by sending an email to the previously mentioned address. Once your request is received, “THE COMPANY” has a period of 20 business days to respond and inform you whether your request is valid. If the request is valid, the Controller has a period of 15 business days to fulfill the request from the data subject.

VIII.- DATA TRANSFERS THAT OCCUR: “THE COMPANY” undertakes not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except for the exceptions provided in Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, and to carry out this transfer in accordance with the provisions of that Law.

In case “THE COMPANY”, transfers your personal data to third-party service providers to fulfill legal, accounting, regulatory, or contractual obligations of LN. Lizeth Pérez Navarro or any of its affiliated companies in Mexico or abroad, in order to fulfill the purposes of processing established in this privacy notice, it will do so after entering into confidentiality agreements and only if (1) the provider or person to whom the data is transmitted agrees to subject the processing of personal data to this privacy notice and (2) one of the cases established in Article 37 of the Law does not apply. If you do not express your objection to the transfer of your personal data to third parties, it will be understood that you have granted LN. Lizeth Pérez Navarro your consent for such transfer.

IX.- SECURITY MEASURES FOR PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA: The company has adopted and maintains necessary administrative, technical, and physical security measures within its means to protect the personal data that you have freely provided to us.

X.- MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE:This privacy notice may be unilaterally modified or updated by “THE COMPANY” informing “The Data Subject” of such changes through the following means: (I) visible notices in our establishments or customer service centers; (II) brochures or pamphlets available in our establishments or customer service centers; (III) on our website; (IV) or we will send them to the last email address you provided.
